Teofana Todorova is an attorney at law, a member of the Bar Association - Plovdiv since 2006. She graduated from the University of Plovdiv in 2005, obtaining a "Master of Law" degree.
During her studies she did an internship at "Angelov" law office. In the period 2006 – 2011 she worked  as a junior associate and as a senior associate at "Angelov and Ilcheva" Law office. She provided legal services to hundreds of local and foreign clients in real estate, commercial, contractual, administrative and labor law.

Currently, Mrs. Todorova is a partner at  “Bonev, Todorova, Ilcheva & Angelovi" Law Partnership.

In  the period 2005 – 2008, she has specialized "International Economic Cooperation" at the University of National and World Economy in Sofia.

In 2011, she obtained a Master degree in "Financial Management" at the University of Plovdiv.

Currently, Mrs. Ahryanova has considerable experience in consultancy and development of investment projects, as well as in finding appropriate investment solutions for local and foreign clients, including in the field of renewable energy sources.

She has considerable experience in implementing the Law on spatial planning and energy legislation.
