Mariyana Nacheva - Angelova lawyer

Mariyana Nacheva-Angelova graduated Summa Cum Laude from Plovdiv University "Paisii Hilendarski" Law school, obtaining a "Master of Law" degree.

In 2009 she acquires a Legal Certificate from the Bulgarian Ministry of Justice.

She is an attorney at law and a member of the Plovdiv Bar Association since 2010.

From 2010 to 2015 she works as an associate attorney at various law firms, specializing in the field of civil and commercial law.

In 2016 Mrs. Angelova joins the team of "Bonev, Todorova, Ilcheva & Angelovi" Law Partnership as a lawyer. In 2020 she becomes a partner.

In the recent years the legal practice of Mrs. Angelova is mainly focused on providing legal consulting and support to IT product and service companies. She has considerable experience in the field of contract and corporate law, including equity and quasi-equity financing. In her legal practice she has consulted clients and represented them in court on cases, related to labor, family, inheritance, civil, enforcement of judgements, property and corporate law.
